Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini si poate fi utilizata in procesele tehnologice de producere a amestecurilor pentru constructie, in metalurgia pulberilor, precum si in industria alimentara si de prelucrare. Malaxorul contine un corp 1 in forma de corp de rotatie amplasat orizontal, in partea superioara al caruia este montat un dispozitiv de incarcare 10, si fixat un racord de debitare 8 a lichidului tehnologic in cavitatea de malaxare. Peretele corpului este executat dublu si include invelisurile exterior 3 si interior 4, in cavitatea 5 umpluta cu lichid formata intre invelisuri este amplasat un incalzitor electric 6, iar in partea lui superioara - un traductor termic 7. In corp, coaxial cu el, pe lagare este instalat un arbore 13, unit cu actionarea, pe arbore fiind fixate organele de malaxare 14 executate in forma de tije.
