Abstract

The invention relates to the equipment for processing of biomass to produce solid fuel in usable form and can be used in the processing and food industries, livestock farming for the production of granulated fodder.The biomass flow conditioning equipment contains a mixer (1) with a body (2), wherein it is placed a shaft (3) with blades (4), it also contains a steam generating device (10), a steam superheater (11), a water metering pump (13) and a thermal control system (14). The body (2) is equipped with pipes for feeding (5) and withdrawal (6) of biomass and a steam feeding pipe (7). The steam generating device (10) contains a case, wherein it is placed an aluminum cast capacity, with cover. In the walls of the capacity there are mounted tubular electric heaters, and in the cover it is mounted a round sprayer connected to the water metering pump (13). At the bottom of the device (10) it is made a series of vertical holes, connected to the steam superheater (11), which is connected to the steam generating pipe (7), and a horizontal hole, wherein it is installed a temperature sensor (15) connected to the thermal control system (14) which is connected to the tubular electric heaters.
