Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructie, in special la dispozitive pentru nivelarea si tasarea acoperirilor rutiere. Dispozitivul, conform primei si a doua variante, contine montat cu posibilitatea rotirii pe cadru un arbore de actionare vertical (1). Pe portiunea terminala inferioara a arborelui (1) in doua niveluri sunt fixate doua grupe de console (2, 3) orientate radial in directie orizontala, fiecare pereche de console suprapuse este unita cu un mecanism de forta in forma de cilindru hidraulic (4). Consolele (2) de la nivelul superior sunt fixate rigid pe arbore (1), iar consolele (3) de la nivelul inferior sunt fixate pe arbore (1) cu ajutorul unei articulatii cu axa orizontala. Cilindrii hidraulici (4) in regimul de lucru al dispozitivului sunt executati in forma de mecanisme hidraulice pentru reincarcarea elementelor de tasat. Fiecare consola (3) de la nivelul inferior poate fi unita cu consolele (3) amplasate alaturat ale acestui nivel, care sunt fixate rigid cu ajutorul unor bare de torsiune. In dispozitiv, conform primei variante, consolele (3) sunt executate cu posibilitatea modificarii lungimii, iar la capetele lor libere sunt montate cadre de echilibrare (5), pe fiecare cadru sunt fixate osiile (6) elementelor de tasat, executate in forma de set de valturi cilindrice (7) cu acelasi diametru si instalate pe osie (6) cu posibilitatea rotirii libere de sine statatoare. In dispozitiv, conform variantei a doua, la capetele libere ale fiecarei console de la nivelul inferior este fixata rigid o osie, pe care cu posibilitatea rotirii libere este instalat elementul de tasat in forma de trunchi de con, baza mica a caruia este amplasata de partea arborelui (1). Dispozitivul poate contine valturi de completare de forma conica, fixate rigid intre ele si cu elementul de tasat. Suprafetele frontale ale elementelor de tasat orientate in afara in dispozitivul, conform ambelor variante, pot fi executate incovoiate in afara in directia osiei.The invention relates to construction, especially to devices for leveling and settling road coverings. The device, according to the first and second versions, contains mounted with the possibility of rotating on the frame a vertical drive shaft (1). On the lower terminal portion of the shaft (1) in two levels are fixed two groups of consoles (2, 3) radially oriented in a horizontal direction, each pair of overlapping consoles is joined by a force mechanism in the form of a hydraulic cylinder (4). The consoles (2) from the upper level are fixed rigidly to the shaft (1), and the consoles (3) from the lower level are fixed to the shaft (1) by means of a joint with a horizontal axis. The hydraulic cylinders (4) in the working mode of the device are executed in the form of hydraulic mechanisms for recharging the tapping elements. Each console (3) at the lower level can be joined to the consoles (3) located next to this level, which are rigidly fixed by means of torsion bars. In the device, according to the first variant, the consoles (3) are executed with the possibility of changing the length, and at their free ends are fitted balancing frames (5), on each frame are fixed the axles (6) of the tapping elements, executed in the form of a set of cylindrical rollers (7) with the same diameter and installed on the axle (6) with the possibility of free standing rail. In the device, according to the second variant, at the free ends of each console from the lower level is fixed rigidly an axle, on which with the possibility of free rotation is installed the sealing element in the form of cone trunks, the small base of which is located by the side shaft (1). The device may contain tapered filler rolls, rigidly fixed between them and with the sealing element. The front surfaces of the tapping elements oriented outwards in the device, according to both variants, can be executed bent outwards in the direction of the axle.
