Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructia masinilor hidraulice, in particular la pompe electrice centrifuge pentru pomparea lichidelor, si poate fi utilizata in diferite ramuri ale industriei la constructia pompelor electrice ecranate ermetice cu stator uscat si rotor umed. Pompa electrica ermetica include o parte de pompare si un motor electric. Motorul electric contine nodul statorului si nodul rotorului. Nodul statorului contine un corp in forma de pahar, in fundul caruia este fixata etans intrarea cablului electric. La capatul opus al corpului este executata o bordura. In interiorul corpului este amplasat statorul. Nodul rotorului contine o bucsa de ecranare etansa, in interiorul careia este amplasat rotorul. Arborele rotorului pompei electrice este instalat in lagare radiale amplasate in amortizoare prin cuzineti. Bucsa din partea fundului corpului este inchisa etans cu o flansa oarba, sub care este instalat un inel de distantare. La capetele rotorului sunt montate lagare axiale care vin in contact cu capetele lagarelor, cuzinetilor si amortizoarelor. Fixarea bucsei nodului rotorului la partea de pompare se efectueaza cu ajutorul unui surub de strangere, care trece printr-un inel de legatura, formand blocul rotor-pompa. Fixarea corpului nodului statorului de bucsa si partea de pompare a pompei electrice se efectueaza cu ajutorul unui surub, care trece printr-un inel de presiune, amplasat pe bordura corpului nodului statorului. Rezultatul inventiei consta in simplificarea constructiei pompei electrice ermetice din contul executarii statorului demontabil cu posibilitatea demontarii fara dezetansarea circuitului hidraulic al pompei.The invention relates to the construction of hydraulic machines, in particular to centrifugal electric pumps for pumping liquids, and can be used in different branches of industry in the construction of hermetic shielded electric pumps with dry stator and wet rotor. The hermetic electric pump includes a pumping part and an electric motor. The electric motor contains the stator knot and the rotor knot. The stator knot contains a glass-shaped body, the bottom of which is sealed the entrance of the electric cable. At the opposite end of the body a border is executed. The stator is located inside the body. The rotor knot contains a sealed shield bushing, inside which the rotor is located. The rotor shaft of the electric pump is installed in radial bearings located in shock absorbers through bearings. The bush from the bottom of the body is sealed with a blind flange, below which a spacer ring is installed. At the ends of the rotor are mounted axial bearings that come into contact with the ends of bearings, bearings and shock absorbers. Fixing the rotor knot bushing to the pumping part is done by means of a tightening screw, which passes through a connecting ring, forming the rotor-pump block. The fixing of the body of the bush stator knot and the pumping part of the electric pump is done by means of a screw, which passes through a pressure ring, located on the edge of the body of the stator knot. The result of the invention consists in simplifying the construction of the hermetic electric pump from the execution of the removable stator with the possibility of disassembly without disassembling the hydraulic circuit of the pump.
