Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the pediatric gastroenterology.Summary of the invention consists in that for determination of gravity degree of the chronic gastroduodenal affections to children it is collected and prepared the saliva test, and then it is photometrically determined the glutathione reductase level and, where its content in saliva is in the interval 300,0…400,0 nM, it is determined the minimum degree, in that of 401,0…550,0 nM - the medium degree, and greater than 550,0 nM - the severe degree of affection.
