Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la gastroenterologia pediatrică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că pentru aprecierea severităţii afecţiunilor gastroduodenale cronice la copii se colectează şi se pregăteşte proba de salivă, iar apoi fotometric se determină nivelul glutationreductazei şi în cazul în care, în salivă ea se conţine, în intervalul 300,0…400,0 nM se stabileşte gradul minim, 401,0…550,0 nM gradul mediu, şi >550,0 nM gradul sever de afectare.
