Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a foitei de fier, care poate fi utilizata in industria electronica si radiotehnica. Procedeul revendicat include depunerea electrolitica a fierului sub forma de foita de fier pe un tambur-catod rotativ cufundat partial intr-un electrolit care contine clorura de fier, in care este amplasat un anod solubil si separarea ulterioara a foitei de fier depuse. Totodata, tamburul-catod este executat din sticla de carbon, iar depunerea electrolitica a fierului se efectueaza din electrolitul ce contine 500...600 g/L de clorura de fier si 1...2 g/L de clorura de rubidiu, la temperatura de 85...90°C si densitatea catodica a curentului de 30...50 A/dm2.The invention relates to a process for obtaining the iron sheet, which can be used in the electronic and radiotechnical industry. The claimed process includes the electrolytic deposition of the iron in the form of an iron sheet on a rotating cathode drum partially immersed in an electrolyte containing iron chloride, in which a soluble anode is located and the subsequent separation of the deposited iron sheet. At the same time, the cathode drum is made of carbon glass, and the electrolytic deposition of the iron is made from the electrolyte containing 500 ... 600 g / L of iron chloride and 1 ... 2 g / L of rubidium chloride, at temperature of 85 ... 90 ° C and cathodic current density of 30 ... 50 A / dm2.
