Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, especially to gynecology and can be used in the treatment of peritoneal-tubal infertility. According to the invention, the method consists in that the fertiloscopy is performed under intravenous anesthesia, with the determination of the tubular permeability for each tube separately, and then under an endoscopic guide using a needle of 15 ... 22 cm in the subterranean space of the intramural portion of the uterine tube. an autologous mononuclear cell graft obtained from the bone marrow, or an allogeneic mononuclear graft obtained from the umbilical blood, in the amount of 3 ... 4 ml, containing (100 ± 35) * 10 ** 6 cells is introduced.
