Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la ginecologie si poate fi utilizata in tratamentul infertilitatii peritoneal-tubare. Conform inventiei, metoda consta in aceea ca se efectueaza fertiloscopia sub anestezie intravenoasa, cu determinarea permeabilitatii tubare pentru fiecare trompa separat, apoi sub un ghidaj endoscopic cu ajutorul unui ac cu lungimea de 15...22cm in spatiul subseros al portiunii intramurale a trompei uterine se introduce o grefa celulara mononucleara autologica obtinuta din maduva osoasa, sau o grefa mononucleara alogena obtinuta din sangele ombilical, in cantitate de 3...4 ml, continand (100±35)*10**6 celule.The invention relates to medicine, especially to gynecology and can be used in the treatment of peritoneal-tubal infertility.
