Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular gynecology and can be used for the treatment of tubo-peritoneal infertility.According to the invention, the method consists in that it is performed the fertiloscopy under intravenous anesthesia, with the determination of tubal patency separately for each tube, then under endoscopic surveillance with a needle of a length of 15...22 cm in the subserous space of the intramural portion of the uterine tube is introduced an autogenous mononuclear cell graft, obtained from bone marrow or an allogenic mononuclear cell graft, obtained from umbilical blood, in a quantity of 3...4 ml, containing (100±35)×106 cells.
