Abstract
The invention relates to devices for grinding of dry fodders, bones, wood raw material, fruit stones etc. and may be used in the processing industry and in agriculture.The hammer grinder contains a cylindrical body with loading hopper and unloading window, a rotor with hammers, countercuts-ribs and a sieve-classifier, the body and the sieve-classifier being placed coaxially, and the rotor is displaced below about the axis forming a falcated clearance between the ends of the hammers and the inner surface of the body. Novelty of the invention consists in that the loading hopper is placed above the body, which is made of two parts, with the removable upper part, mounted with the possibility of rotation at 180°C, the hammers are placed in staggered order onto the rotor and made with three cutting edges in each angle, the sieve-classifier is made of steel with conical holes and it is installed with the possibility of replacement, the countercuts-ribs have the form of triangles and are placed onto the inner surface of the body, and in the lower part of the loading hopper there are installed some magnets, a control valve and a loading branch pipe.The result of the invention consists in the creation of a high-efficiency, reliable in operation and universal grinder by combination of processes for absorption, grinding, forced sieving and blowing of the grinded material.
