Abstract
The invention refers to the food industry, in particular to the production of seasonings by using the mustard powder.The claimed seasoning contains mustard powder, acetic acid, salt, butter, natural honey, cocoa or coffee beans processing product, 40% lactic acid and water, in the following ratio of ingredients, in mass %:The result of the invention consists in the formation of an originally contrasting taste, in particular sweet, pungent and slightly sourish.
