Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini agricole, în particular la dispozitive de lucrat solul.Organul activ de lucrat solul include o săgeată (2) cu vârf (9) şi lamă-ferăstrău (3), cu proeminenţe şi adâncituri pe suprafaţa de lucru din spate, precum şi un strat de durificare (6). Stratul de durificare cu compoziţie în bază de fier aliat cu 1…15% de nichel şi/sau cobalt, cu particule disperse grosiere de tipul oxizilor, nitrurilor, borurilor şi carburilor este depus prin metoda electrochimică pe suprafaţa de lucru din faţă (4) pe un sector, care este limitat de muchia lamei (7), totodată, lăţimea lui maximă la vârf constituie 1/2…2/3 din lungimea lui totală. Proeminenţele şi adânciturile pot fi formate de o suprafaţă ondulară, generatoarea cărei este paralelă cu direcţia mişcării organului activ.
