Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologia agricolă, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a recombinanţilor de orz de primăvară.Procedeul include iradierea seminţelor cu raze gamma în doză de 150 Gy, semănarea lor peste 2 zile, infectarea plantelor în faza de 2…3 frunze cu virusul mozaicului dungat al orzului în două repetări la interval de două zile, colectarea seminţelor formate în spice, semănarea seminţelor colectate şi obţinerea din ele a recombinanţilor de orz de primăvară.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea numărului de recombinanţi de orz de primăvară cu un spectru larg de caractere cantitative.
