Abstract
The invention relates to the facing materials and may be used for deposition of wear resistant metals.The claimed material contains the following components, in mass %: aluminum 3,0…5,0; ferrochrome 30,0…40,0; graphite 2,0…4,0; ferromolybdenum 0,5…2,0; ligature 11,7…14,5; iron scale 7,0…10,0 and iron powder - the rest, at the same time the ligature contains the following components, in mass %: silicon 3,0…4,5; calcium 3,5…4,0; manganese 4,5…5,5; rare-earth metals 0,2…0,5; iron - the rest.The supplementary introduction of the ligature, having in its composition elements with a low ionizing potential and iron scale, containing an active element onto the surface (oxygen), permits to create a jet fine-dripping metal transfer onto the surface of the worked piece that reduces the losses of the worked piece and increases the efficiency of the facing.
