Abstract

The invention relates to the facing materials and may be used for deposition of wear resistant metals. The claimed material contains the following components, in mass %: aluminum 3,0...5,0; ferrochrome 30,0...40,0; graphite 2,0...4,0; ferromolybdenum 0,5...2,0; ligature 11,7...14,5; iron scale 7,0...10,0 and iron powder - the rest, at the same time the ligature contains the following components, in mass %: silicon 3,0...4,5; calcium 3,5...4,0; manganese 4,5...5,5; rare-earth metals 0,2...0,5; iron - the rest. The supplementary introduction of the ligature, having in its composition elements with a low ionizing potential and iron scale, containing an active element onto the surface (oxygen), permits to create a jet fine-dripping metal transfer onto the surface of the worked piece that reduces the losses of the worked piece and increases the efficiency of the facing.
