The invention relates to the method of preparation of ether (S)- )-α-cyai-3-fenoxybenzol having insecticide activity.The purpose of invention is the increasing of the destine yield.In conformity with the method, the preparation of ether (S)- )-α-cyai-3-fenoxybenzol and 1R cis-2,2-domethyl-3-(2′2′-dibromvinil)-cyclopropan-1-carbonic acid is carried out by etherification of α-cian-3-fenorybenzol by chloranhydride 1R, cis-2,2-dimethyl-3-2′2′-dibromvinil)-cyclopropan-1-carbonic acid in the medium of monoaromatic hydrocarbon. As the α-cyan-3- fenoxybenzol is used its isomer and process is led at the temperature from (-10)°C to (+20)°C.
