Abstract
The invention relates to the new method of cis-dihalogenvinylcyclopropan derivatives preparation of the general formula:where x1 and x2 - the same and means atoms of chloride or bromine or different and means atoms of fluor or chlorine.These compounds are applied for preparation of ethers having insecticiding activity. The purpose of invention is simplicity of process.The method is realized by interaction of 2,2-dimethyl-35-formylcyclopropan-1R-carbonic acid derivative, namely its lacton with haloidderivative of methan, as the latter are used haloform of the general formula:where X1-X3 - the same and means atom of chlorine or bronine or different and means atom of fluor or chlorine in addition the atomic weights are increased from X1 to X3.The process is leaded at presence of the alkali agent, selected from alkali tertbutlat in the mixture with tertbutanol, dimethylformanuide and tetrahydrofuran or alkali hydroxide in the mixture with methanol and tetrahydroferon at (-10)-(55)°C and obtained cis-compound of general formula:where X1-X3 have indicated means, are undergone dehydration by sulfuric acid or paratolucnsulfoacid or acetic anhydride or its mixture with acetic acid and lacton obtaining by this way of the general formula:where X1-X3 have indicated means is undergood the recovery by zinc in the acetic acid or activated zinc on the ethanol or magnesium in the tetrahydrofuran at the temperature of boiling of the reactive mass.
