Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la o tulpină de fungi nouă, care poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor amilolitice, în industria alimentară la producerea amidonului, alcoolului, în panificaţie, în industria farmaceutică pentru obţinerea preparatelor medicinale.Se propune o tulpină nouă de fungi Aspergillus niger 33-19, depusă în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme a Institutului de Microbiologie al AŞ RM cu nr. CNM FD 02 - producătoare de enzime amilolitice. Tulpina se caracterizează prin nivel înalt de biosinteză a amilazelor.
