Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics and traumatology.Summary of the invention consists in that it is effected the general anesthesia, processing of the operation field, cutaneous linear and subcutaneous adipose tissue incision along the medial line of the spinous apophyses projection L4 - S1. It is sectioned the lumbodorsal fascia, drawn aside the paravertebral muscles from the spinous apophyses, it is sectioned the supraspinous and interspinous ligaments placed between the inferior margin of the superior spinous apophysis and the superior margin of the inferior spinous apophysis. Thereafter it is effected resection of the yellow ligament and the posterior longitudinal ligament, there are removed the affected intervertebral disk tissues, it is effected the hemostasis and the operational wound is sutured.
