Abstract
The invention relates to a process for obtaining of sodium dihydroxyfumaric acid, used as antioxidant for wine material stabilization. The process includes oxidation of the tartaric acid with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of catalyst - the Mohr's salt and hydroquinone, in the capacity of reducer, with that the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide is of 40%, with the subsequent addition of the aqueous solution of sodium chloride at cooling, in the following ratio, g:tartaric acid 150hydrogen peroxide (anhydrous) 34,0...42,5Mohr's salt 4,2...10,5hydroquinone 0,075...0,375sodium chloride 90...281.Claims: 1
