Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru regenerarea electrochimica a electroliului cu continut de fier oxidat si poate fi aplicata in industria galvanochimica pentru restabilirea pieselor uzate ale masinilor si mecanismelor. Instalatia include o baie galvanica (4) in care este amplasat vertical un bloc electrodic (1) fixat in corpul baii, prin intermediul unui brat de fixare (2), cu un surub (3); blocul electrodic contine un cilindru perforat (5), o tija (8) amplasata coaxial si unita la o sursa de curent electric, care contine un conductor central de curent anodic (9) si un conductor periferic de curent catodic (12), iar intre conductoare este un strat izolator (10); tija (8) este fixata in partea inferioara cu ajutorul unor ghidaje (6) si al unor bucse (7), iar in partea superioara este fixata prin intermediul unui arc (15) cu dispozitiv excentric (16) actionat de un motor (17) amplasat pe bratul de fixare (2); de tija (8), cu ajutorul unor bucse (14), sunt fixati orizontal alternativ niste anozi de plasa (11) uniti cu conductorul central (9) si niste catozi volumici porosi penetrabili (13) uniti cu conductorul periferic (12) si executati dintr-un aliaj al fierului in forma de spuma metalica cu o grosime a stratului de 5…10 mm, cu un coeficient de porozitate de 0,90…0,95 si cu o suprafata specifica de reactie de 300…500 cm2/g, iar distanta dintre anozi (11) si catozi (13) este de 5…10 cm.The invention relates to an installation for the electrochemical regeneration of electrolyte with oxidized iron content and can be applied in the galvanochemical industry for the restoration of used parts of machines and mechanisms. The installation includes a galvanic bath (4) in which is placed vertically an electrode block (1) fixed in the body of the bath, by means of a fixing arm (2), with a screw (3); the electrode block contains a perforated cylinder (5), a rod (8) placed coaxially and connected to an electric current source, which contains a central conductor of anodic current (9) and a peripheral conductor of cathodic current (12), and between conductor is an insulating layer (10); the rod (8) is fixed in the lower part by means of guides (6) and bushes (7), and in the upper part it is fixed by means of a spring (15) with an eccentric device (16) driven by a motor (17) located on the fixing arm (2); of the rod (8), with the help of bushings (14), are fixed horizontally alternately some mesh anodes (11) joined with the central conductor (9) and some penetrating porous volume cathodes (13) joined with the peripheral conductor (12) and from an iron alloy in the form of a metal foam with a layer thickness of 5… 10 mm, with a porosity coefficient of 0.90… 0.95 and with a specific reaction surface of 300… 500 cm2 / g, and the distance between anodes (11) and cathodes (13) is 5… 10 cm.
