Abstract
Inventia se refera la instalatiile pentru epurarea apei, in special la o instalatie pentru epurarea combinata a apei de substante organice greu degradabile. Instalatia, conform inventiei, include trei camere cilindrice cu diametru diferit, acoperite cu un capac (11), unite intre ele si amplasate coaxial; camera (15) cu diametrul mare este amplasata in partea superioara, cuprinzand din exterior portiunea superioara a camerei (10) cu diametrul mediu, iar in spatiul dintre aceste camere este amplasata o incarcatura (16) granulara plutitoare, delimitata in partea superioara de o plasa (17) de sustinere, totodata camera (15) cu diametrul mare este dotata cu un racord (18) de evacuare a apei prelucrate in partea superioara si un ventil (19) de evacuare a sedimentului in partea inferioara; camera (10) cu diametru mediu este executata cu fund conic, in ea este amplasat un bloc compus din tuburi (13) orizontale de cuart cu capetele in exteriorul camerei (10), iar in interiorul tuburilor (13) sunt amplasate niste lampi (14) de radiatie ultravioleta; camera inferioara (1) cu diametrul mic este confectionata din material nemagnetic, in partea ei inferioara este executat un clopot (6) apa-aer cu un dispersator (7), clopotul (6) este dotat cu niste racorduri de debitare a aerului (8) si a apei impurificate (9), in partea superioara a camerei (1) cu diametrul mic este amplasata pe o plasa (3) o incarcatura (2), compusa din particule disperse de fier-cocs luate in raport de masa de (3…5):1, iar din exterior in jurul incarcaturii (2) este amplasat un generator (4) de camp electromagnetic rotativ, conectat la o sursa (5) de curent alternativ.The invention relates to water treatment plants, in particular to an installation for the combined water treatment of hard degradable organic substances. The installation, according to the invention, includes three cylindrical chambers of different diameters, covered with a lid (11), joined together and coaxially located; the room (15) with the large diameter is located in the upper part, comprising from the outside the upper portion of the room (10) with the average diameter, and in the space between these rooms is a floating granular load (16), delimited at the top by a mesh (17) for support, at the same time the room (15) with the large diameter is equipped with a connection (18) for the evacuation of the processed water in the upper part and a valve (19) for the evacuation of the sediment in the lower part; the room (10) with medium diameter is executed with conical bottom, in it is located a block composed of horizontal quartz tubes (13) with the ends on the outside of the room (10), and inside the tubes (13) are placed some lamps (14). ) of ultraviolet radiation; the lower chamber (1) with the small diameter is made of non-magnetic material, in its lower part is executed a bell (6) water-air with a disperser (7), the bell (6) is equipped with some air flow connections (8 ) and of the impure water (9), in the upper part of the room (1) with the small diameter is placed on a mesh (3) a load (2), composed of dispersed particles of iron-coke taken in relation to the mass of (3) … 5): 1, and from the outside around the load (2) is located a generator (4) of rotating electromagnetic field, connected to a source (5) of alternating current.
