Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia bioorganică, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a tetraozidei [(25R)-5a- furostan-3b,22a,26-triol]-26-O-b-D-glucopiranozidei, ce manifestă activitate giberelinică.Procedeul include degresarea seminţelor de Petunia Hybrida hort., extracţia lor cu soluţie hidroalcoolică, concentrarea extractului, cromatografierea restului obţinut pe coloană cu silicagel, utilizând în calitate de eluent sistemul cloroform-metanol-apă în proporţie de 60:30:10 ...65:35:10, acetilarea fracţiunilor de glicozide steroidice cu anhidridă acetică în piridină, cromatografierea derivaţilor obţinuţi pe coloană cu silicagel impregnat cu soluţie apoasă de 15% AgNO3 în sistemul eluenţilor de cloroform-etanol în proporţie de 3:1...45:40 şi saponificarea peracetatului separat cu izolarea ulterioară a produsului finit.
