Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul constructiei de masini, in particular la un electrod-scula si un procedeu de prelucrare electrochimica a metalelor.Electrodul-scula, conform inventiei, include un corp cilindric (2) dotat cu un racord de debitare (3) a electrolitului, corpul (2) este executat din material dielectric cu fund semioval, care este unit cu o portiune de lucru cilindrica (1) amplasata coaxial, la capatul careia este executat un orificiu pentru evacuarea electrolitului, in interiorul corpului, in partea superioara este amplasata o lentila conica cava (4) cu baza convexa si doi electrozi (7), lentila este umpluta cu un electrolit lichid termosensibil (6), orientata cu varful spre fundul corpului si fixata rigid cu ajutorul unui inel de etansare (5) cu posibilitatea glisarii lui pe suprafata interna a corpului, sub lentila (4) este amplasat coaxial un catod cav (8). Procedeul, conform inventiei, include amplasarea electrodului-scula mentionat cu portiunea de lucru pe piesa metalica conectata la polul pozitiv al sursei de curent, debitarea sub presiune a electrolitului in interiorul electrodului si evacuarea lui prin orificiul portiunii de lucru a piesei, prin actiunea cu radiatie laser cu orientarea fasciculului la baza lentilei, cu trecerea lui prin catod la piesa, cu focusarea fasciculului pe suprafata ei, prin glisarea inelului de etansare cu lentila.
