Abstract
The invention relates to processes and devices for catching of fuel vapours during storage and transfer thereof to the petrol-filling stations. The process includes condensation of the fuel vapours under the frigorific liquid action and return of the condensate into the fuel reservoir, wherein condensation of the fuel vapours is carried out into a condenser, vertically installed onto the respiration pipe of the fuel reservoir, and the condensate return into the reservoir is carried out by gravity flow through its respiration pipe.The installation contains a fuel vapour condenser and a cooling system of the frigorific liquid, wherein at least one condenser is vertically installed onto the respiration pipe of the fuel reservoir.The fuel vapour condenser contains a chamber for condensation of the fuel vapours, a cooling jacket with inlet and outlet unions for the frigorific liquid, a condensation chamber, installed on the outside of the cooling jacket and communicating with the interior condensation chamber, in both condensation chambers being executed vertical ribs joined with the surfaces of the cooling jacket.The result consists in reducing the fuel loss during storage and transfer to the petrol-filling stations by installing the condenser directly onto the respiration pipe of the fuel reservoir and in the complete condensation of the fuel vapours.Claims: 5Fig.: 5
