The invention relates to automation and measurement technology, as well as to the pattern recognition technique and can be used in systems for controlling and recording of signals received from telemetry information sensors, in robotics, communication engineering, medical engineering under the supervision and control of physiological parameters of biological objects, etc.The method for high-precision analog-to-digital conversion consists in the statistical processing of measured values at a constant input signal, ascending sort of the obtained samples, discard of the least and largest values and calculation of the arithmetic mean value of those remaining.The device for high-precision analog-to-digital conversion contains an analog-digital converter (1), a switch (2), a measured value statistical processing unit (3) and an output port (4), connected in series. The statistical processing unit (3), in turn, consists of a sorter (3.1) and a mean value calculator (3.2).The result of the invention is to increase the accuracy of measurement of the input signal by reducing the random error of the introduced measurement environment.
