An absorber / radiator is installed in the ceiling compartment, for example, in the form of a series of blackened nets, under which a heat exchanger without water accumulation is installed. The sectors and the ceiling compartment are equipped with covers with reflectors and channels for the gaseous thermal agent. The collector-accumulator contains a box, divided into gas pipes, which communicates with the sectors and the ceiling compartment, and a system of circulation of the thermal agent with closing and regulating elements. The result of the invention consists in the multitude of variants of the operating regimes of the collector-accumulator, the operation with gaseous and liquid thermal agents, the simplicity of the construction.
