Abstract

The invention relates to the method of production of food supplement from vegetable raw material containing the hydrolysis of vegetable raw material and washout with the water. It is distinguished by the fact that the hydrolysis of the vegetable raw material is done with the help of saturated lime water containing alkali with pH 13-14. The washout is realized in three stages after hydrolysis: the first stage the washout is done with water, (on the second stage-with 0,1 M chloride and in the third stage with deionization water after the raw material is kept into a solution of mineral salt. Additional washout is done with water till the surplus of mineral salt is removed and the received preparation is dried.
