Abstract
The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a process for deactivation of sediments obtained after treatment of wines with potassium ferrocyanide (II).Summary of the invention consists in that prior to filtration the sediment is mixed with inert materials - processing waste in a quantity of 10…20% mass, and after filtration up to the humidity of 45…60%, the sediment is reduced to fragments up to 3…5 mm and is thermally treated at a temperature of 500…700°C within 10…30 min.The result consists in increasing the efficiency of the filtration and thermal treatment processes.
