Abstract
The invention relates to waste processing in the wine industry, namely to the processing of the precipitate containing Berlin blue. Summary of the invention consists in that the process for deactivation of the precipitate containing Berlin blue includes filtration of the precipitate and thermal treatment thereof in the air oxygen presence. The precipitate after filtration is mixed with sawdust and pulverulent coal in the ratio of (0,05...0,1):(0,2...0,5):1 accordingly, the thermal treatment is carried out with air blast at a temperature of 1200...1600 degree C by burning the mixture of precipitate, sawdust and pulverulent coal with ground bituminous coal, the quantity of which exceeds 3...5 times the mixture quantity.The result of the invention consists in the simplification of the process for deactivation of the precipitate containing Berlin blue.Claims: 1
