Abstract

The invention refers to the wine industry, in particular to an installation for neutralization of wine-making by-products containing Berlin blue.The installation, according to the invention, consists of a chamber for by-products calcination (1), installed vertically, equipped in the upper part with a loading bin (2) and a tube for removal of gases released during calcination of by-products, and in the lower part with a screw conveyer for unloading of neutralized by-products (3). At the same time, the calcination chamber (1) is equipped with a heating jacket (6), equipped with two gas burners (5), placed with the possibility of flame orientation at an acute angle with the lower part of the calcination chamber's surface, and with a tube for the combustion products (7). The loading bin (2) is chamber (1), and to the tube for gas removal there are consecutively connected a chamber for solid particle separation (8), a cooler (9), a vessel for condensate (10) and two gas absorber (11).
