Abstract
The invention refers to the wine industry, in particular to an installation for neutralization of wine-making by-products containing Berlin blue, formed as a result of wine demetallization with potassium ferrocyanide. The installation for neutralization of wine-making by-products containing Berlin blue consists of a by-product calcination chamber (1), installed vertically, equipped in the upper part with a loading bin (2) and in the lower part with a neutralized by-product unloading screw conveyer (3), a temperature control thermocouple (4), two gas burners (5), a heating jacket (6) and a tube for removal of exhaust gases (7). At the same time, the heating jacket is coated with a thermo-insulating material (8). In the upper part of the by-product calcination chamber to the pipe for removal of exhaust gases there are connected in series a solid particle separation chamber (9), a heat exchanger (10) and a separator (11) for condensate, from where the gases through the tube are directed into one of the gas burners for complete burning thereof.
