Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gastroenterology and therapy and can be used for the treatment of patients with Barrett's esophagus for the purpose of preventing esophageal cancer. The essence of the invention consists in alternating every 2 days the intravenous administration of 0.9% ozonated NaCl solution and major autohemotherapy, namely 200...500 mL of a 0.9% NaCl solution ozonated with an ozone-oxygen mixture, with an ozone concentration of 2...12 µg/mL, are administered, and major autohemotherapy consists in collecting 300...650 mL of venous blood from the patient, which is ozonized, with an ozone concentration of 25...40 µg/mL and transfused to the patient, for 8...10 weeks, then continuing with minor autohemotherapy, which consists in collecting 5...10 mL of venous blood, which is ozonized, with an ozone concentration of 10...20 µg/mL and is administered intramuscularly to the patient, 2 times a week, for 6 weeks. At the same time, ozonated drinking water is administered orally, in the morning on an empty stomach, with an ozone concentration of 20 µg/mL, 250...500 mL per procedure, once a day, daily, for 30 days, at the same time, 20...30 min before a meal, daily, 10...30 mL of ozonated vegetable oil is administered orally, with an ozone concentration of 25 µg/mL, for up to 90 days. Concurrently with oral administrations, intestinal insufflations are performed, 2...3 times a week, 150...200 mL of ozonated gas per procedure, with an ozone concentration of 10...20 µg/mL, for 8 weeks. After completing the above procedures, rinse the oral cavity with 100...150 mL of ozonated drinking water, with an ozone concentration of 20 µg/mL, and administer orally, 15 min before meals, three times a day, one capsule containing a biologically active phytotherapeutic mixture in the following ratio of components, % wt.: dry extract of the aerial part of chamomile 22...25, dry extract of the aerial part of St. John's wort 14...16, dry extract of the aerial part of yarrow 12...16, dry extract of licorice root 15...17 and dry extract of mint leaves - the rest. The vegetable oil can be olive, hemp or sesame oil.
