Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria de prelucrare şi poate fi folosită pentru concentrarea lichidelor, în special a laptelui.Concentratorul de lichid cu dispozitiv de etanşare conţine un compresor, montat între evaporator şi condensator, care funcţionează în vid, compresorul incluzând un arbore cu rotorul fixat pe el. Primul capăt de etanşare al rotorului este situat, în fond, perpendicular pe axa de rotaţie a rotorului şi formează un joc cu al doilea capăt de etanşare. Primul şi al doilea capete de etanşare delimitează regiunea, în care se formează căderea de presiune şi în care este formată etanşarea. Primul capăt de etanşare conţine cel puţin o traiectorie pentru fluxul de lichid, pentru reţinerea lui sub acţiunea forţei centrifuge echilibrate şi a eforturilor căderii de presiune pentru formarea etanşării în jocul dintre primul şi cel de-al doilea capăt de etanşare. Concentratorul conţinesuplimentar separator, care este montat între evaporator şi compresorul, ce debitează în condensator sub presiune vapori, care parţial recirculă din condensator în separator. Separatorul conţine mijloace arcuite de admisiune pentru recepţionarea şi separarea materialului, intrat în separator.
