Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la oftalmologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru tratamentul pacienţilor cu formă severă a retinopatiei diabetice neproliferative.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează terapia laser cu argon în diapazon verde, cu lungimea de unda de 532 nm, cu valorile spotului: diametrul spotului de 50…100 µm, puterea curentului de 100…180 mW şi durata acţiunii de 0,05…0,09 sec, concomitent se administrează acid alfa-lipoic 600 mg, câte 1 comprimat pe zi, timp de 3 luni, pentoxifilină retard 400 mg, câte 1 comprimat 2…3 ori pe zi, timp de 3 luni, un amestec ce conţine clorhidrat de tiamină 250 mg, clorhidrat de piridoxină 250 mg şi cianocobalamină 1 mg, câte o pastilă pe zi, timp de 2 luni.
