Abstract

Invenţia se referă la dispozitive de stropit, în special la o stropitoare portabilă de spate.Stropitoarea conţine un rezervor 1 din material plastic şi o pompă 2 instalată vertical înăuntrul rezervorului în locaşuri cilindrice superior 3 şi inferior 4. Pompa conţine un cilindru 5 amplasat în locaşul inferior 4; o bucşă de ghidare 8 amplasată în locaşul superior 3; o tijă-piston 9 tubulară, capătul inferior 10 al căreia este amplasat în cilindrul 5, iar cel superior 12 este ieşit în afara rezervorului 1 prin bucşa de ghidare 8. Tija-piston este unită cu pulverizatorul şi cu pârghia 25 de acţionare a pompei.Noutatea constă în aceea că bucşa de ghidare 8 şi cilindrul 5 sunt fixate în locaşurile 3 şi 4 ale rezervorului în mod nedemontabil, iar fundul rezervorului este realizat integru, fără orificiu penetrant. Bucşa de ghidare şi cilindrul pompei pot fi formate din material plastic, având temperatura de topire mai mare, iar coeficientul de dilataţie mai mic decât cele ale materialului plastic al rezervorului.Rezultatul constă în executarea bucşei de ghidare şi a cilindrului dintr-o bucată cu rezervorul, iar al locaşului inferior - fără orificiu penetrant, în reducerea numărului pieselor conjugate ale stropitorii.
