Abstract

The invention refers to the spraying devices, in particular to a knapsack sprayer.The sprayer contains a reservoir 1 of plastic material and a pump 2 vertically installed inside the reservoir in the cylindrical upper 3 and lower 4 seats. The pump contains a cylinder 5 placed in the lower seat 4; a guide bush 8 placed in the upper seat 3; a tubular piston-rod 9, the lower end of which is installed in the cylinder 5 and the upper one 12 goes out of the reservoir 1 through the guide bush 8. The piston-rod is joined with the sprayer and the pump drive lever 25.Novelty consists in that the guide bush 8 and the cylinder 5 are nondetachably fixed in the seats 3 and 4 of the reservoir and the reservoir bottom is made integral, without through hole. The guide bush and the pump cylinder may be formed of plastic material, having a greater melting point and a lower coefficient of linear expansion than those of the plastic material, of which the reservoir is made.The result consists in making the guide bush and the cylinder as one-piece with the reservoir, and the lower seat - without through hole, in reducing the number of the conjugated pieces of the sprayer.Claim: 3
