Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la viticultură, la determinarea rezistenţei la ger a plantelor de viţă de vie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în elaborarea metodei de determinare a rezistenţei la ger a plantelor de viţă de vie, care include colectarea probelor medii de la planta studiată, îngheţarea lor într-o termobarocameră specială, prepararea mostrelor de liberi/ochi, liofilizarea şi măcinarea lor până la stare pulverulentă, extragerea glucidelor şi separarea lor prin cromatografie preparativă în strat subţire de silicagel, eluarea hexozelor glucoză şi fructoză, trasarea spectrelor lor în domeniul infraroşu şi măsurarea densităţilor optice ale soluţiilor în regiunea benzilor de absorbţie ce corespund oscilaţiilor de valenţă asimetrice νas.OH (D1) şi νas.CH2 (D2). Determinarea rezistenţei plantelor la ger se realizează pe baza analizei comparative a rapoartelor D1/D2 pentru planta studiată şi soiul cunoscut. Cu cât raportul D1/D2 pentru planta studiatăeste mai mare în comparaţie cu soiul cunoscut, cu atât este mai înaltă rezistenţa plantelor la ger.Rezultatul constă în majorarea preciziei de determinare a rezistenţei la ger a plantelor de viţă de vie.
