Abstract
Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, в частности, к виноградарству, к определению морозостойкости растений винограда.Сущность изобретения состоит в разработке метода определения морозостойкости растений винограда, который включает отбор средних проб от исследуемого растения, их замораживание в специальной термобарокамере, приготовление образцов луба/глазков, их лиофилизацию и измельчение до порошкообразного состояния, экстрагирование углеводов и их препаративное хроматографическое разделение в тонком слое на силикагеле, элюирование гексоз глюкозы и фруктозы, снятие их спектров в инфракрасной области и измерение оптических плотностей растворов в области полос поглощения, соответствующих асимметричным валентным колебаниям νas. OH (D1) и νas.CH2 (D2). Определение морозостойкости растений осуществляют на основе сравнительного анализа соотношений D1/D2 для испытуемого растения и известного сорта. Чем соотношение D1/D2 для испытуемого растения больше по сравнению с известным сортом, тем выше морозостойкость растений.Результат состоит в повышении точности определения морозостойкости растений винограда.Ï. ôîðìóëû: 1
