Abstract
Изобретение относится к стоматологии, а именно, к методу деконтаминации и стерилизации эндодонтического или периодонтального пространства для обработки корневых каналов и других зубных пространств, пораженных патогенными микроорганизмами.Метод состоит в одновременном использовании двух систем обработки: ирригацию 5%-ной химически стабилизированной перекисью водорода и обработкой стоматологическим диодным лазером с длиной волны 803…813 нм. Химическую стабилизацию выполняют (мМ/л) этилендиаминтетрауксусной кислотой 0,025, фосфорной кислотой 0,45…0,50 и аскорбиновой кислотой 0,070…0,075 в качестве буферной системы, которая обеспечивает оптимальный рН 4,3…4,5, а в случае деконтаминации периодонтального пространства, перекись водорода дополнительно активируют цетилпиридинием хлорида с концентрацией 0,02%. Ирригацию проводят в три приема по 25…30 сек, обработку лазером проводят в постоянном режиме CW-2W или в переменном Pulse-1,5 W в течение всего периода ирригации 5%-ной перекисью водорода, химически стабилизированной, также в три этапа, с интервалом между этапами 30 сек, после чего обработку лазером продолжают в течение 5...8 мин. В качестве лазера предпочтительно используют аппарат типа DENMAT-SOL.
