Abstract
The invention refers to a device for collection of dust from gases and may be used in different branches of industry, e.g. in the furniture - making industry and other wood-working enterprises. The device for dust collection includes two-level purification of the gas flow by utilization of an inert separator on the first level and a battery of tissue filters with an accumulation bunker on the second one. Novelty of the invention consists in, that the separator installed in the upper device part is made as a spiral, the separator inlet pipe and the separator have in the section rectangular shape along the length thereof, the separator outlet pipe is connected to the accumulating bunker by the funnel and the pipeline, mounted coaxial, the accumulating bunker situated under the filters battery is provided with a screw mechanisms having an electric drive, and the filters battery is mounted on the spring unit, on the axis of which it is fixed an eccentric device, connected to the electric drive.The result consists in increasing the degree of purification of gas effluents from the powdery particles having different dispersion and density degree.Claims: 1Fig.: 2
