Abstract
The invention relates to plants for wind-to-mechanical energy conversion and may be used for autonomous production of electric energy.The plant includes a windwheel with arched blades mounted on a vertical shaft of rotation, a housing with wide inlet and narrow outlet, covering the windwheel, the housing outlet is provided with vertical bearing grids and a shaft for winding of flexible screen, horizontally supported in bearings, to the free end of which being fixed a counter load installed with the possibility of freely displacing between the vertical bearing grids. To the ends of the winding shaft are mounted chain sprockets and drums for winding of cables with counterloads. Round the windwheel there are installed masts-supports of the windwheel, joined between them on the outside by circular horizontal guiding rails and a circular horizontal bearing rail, the rolls are installed on the interior and lower parts of the mobile housing. On the upper part of the housing there are installed vertical rigid plates, directing the housing with its wide inlet towards the wind.
