Abstract
The invention relates to the installations for wind- to - mechanical energy conversion, which may be used for the electrical energy production.The rotor - type windmill with vertical shaft (1) comprises several arc-forming blades (2), each one is made in the form of a frame (3), fixed with one side to the shaft (1) with consoles (4). The frame contains a number of cross-members (5) and vertical bars (6). To each bar (6) along the frame full length at its concave side, are fixed rigid with one side flexible sails (8) made for example of canvas or other similar material.
