Abstract

Изобретение относится к ветеринарной медицине, в частности к паразитологии и может быть использовано для сбора эктопаразитов от живых курообразных из различных натуральных и антропогенных биотопов.Способ сбора эктопаразитов от живых курообразных включает опрыскивание птицы 5%-ным водным раствором экстракта из наземных частей далматской ромашкиPyrethrum cinerariifolium Trev., в дозе 50 мл на птицу, и её введение в нейлоновый пакет размерами 20-25x30-35 см или 30-35x40-55 см, стягивание отверстия пакета вокруг головы птицы, оставляя глаза и клюв вне пакета, выдержку птицы в горизонтальном положении в течение 5-10 минут до обездвиживания эктопаразитов, изымание птицы из пакета, стряхивание эктопаразитов в пластмассовую ёмкость, белого цвета внутри, диаметром 35-40 см, высотой 40-50 см, и внесение собранных эктопаразитов в пробирки с 70%-ным ректификованным этиловым спиртом.
