Abstract
Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, si anume la un procedeu de extragere a astaxantinei din biomasa microalgelor, care poate fi folosita in industria microbiologica, alimentara, cosmetica si farmaceutica. Procedeul de extragere a astaxantinei din biomasa de Haematococcus pluvialis include separarea biomasei de lichidul cultural, distrugerea peretilor celulari ai biomasei, prelucrarea biomasei cu un solvent organic, agitarea amestecului obtinut si separarea extractului de astaxantina prin centrifugare. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza distrugerea mecanica a peretilor celulari ai biomasei intr-un omogenizator, in calitate de solvent se utilizeaza alcool etilic de 96%, racit pana la temperatura de 0°C, iar agitarea se efectueaza pe un agitator mecanic orbital, timp de 5…10 min.The invention relates to biotechnology, namely a process for extracting astaxanthin from microalgae biomass, which can be used in the microbiological, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The process of extracting astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis biomass includes separating the biomass from the culture fluid, destroying the cell walls of the biomass, processing the biomass with an organic solvent, stirring the obtained mixture and separating the extract of astaxanthin by centrifugation.
