Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul stomatologiei, în particular la un dispozitiv pentru fixarea protezelor totale.Arcul intermaxilar conţine două elemente 1, 2 pentru fixarea în bazele protezelor de pe mandibulă şi de pe maxilă şi sunt arcuite între ele printr-un arc spiral plan 10. Elementul 2 pentru de fixarea în baza protezei de pe maxilă este executat ca o pârghie pe capătul căreia este montată liber o bilă 3 de contact. Pârghia este montată cu posibilitate de rotaţie pe o carcasă cilindrică 5 fixată rigid pe un ax 7 pe care este instalat un tambur 8 cu butuc 9. Butucul 9 este unit rigid cu elementul 1 de fixare în baza protezei de pe mandibulă. Un capăt al arcului 10 este încastrat în tamburul 8, iar celălalt- în axul 7.Rezultatul tehnic constă în aplicarea forţei în punctele axei de simetrie a protezelor, în micşorarea frecării dintre proteză şi punctul de contact al pârghiei, în posibilitatea reglării forţei de elasticitate dintre proteze.<SDOAD>
