Abstract
The invention refers to the reduction of wered elastomeric articles, vulcanized with sulfur such as car tyres, rubber articles, roads re-surface, manufactured of natural or synthetic latex or of mixtures thereof, vulcanized with the traditional method by sulfur in the result of which the recovered elastomeric material may be reused. Summary of the invention consists in opening and breaking of wered latex vulcanized bonds at 70°C by utilization of latex bonds opening composition consisting of one or several breaking promoters, activators, glycol and possible sulfur. As a result it is formed an elastomeric material used for the subsequent revulcanization. As promoters there are proposed thiocarbamates or zinc dialkylthiophosphates, 2-mercaptobenzothiazols, thiurams, guanidines, sulphenamides and as activators - zinc oxide and/or stearic acid. The other subject of the invention present a composition of bond breaking into latex based on the above mentioned ingredients as well as a process for manufacturing articles of the reticulated elastomer which comprises the cold working, moulding and/or vulcanization. The obtained articles possess good physical and dynamical properties. The technical result consists in breaking the vulcanizing network bonds at temperature lower then 70°C with simultaneous action of the chemical promoters and activators. Claims: 18
