Abstract

Изобретение касаетс  отходов резины , образующихс  в производстве ре- зино-технических изделий, резиновой обуви, а также при переработке изношенных шин и доугих резиновых изделий , вышедших из употреблени , в частности композиции дл  получени  регенерата . Изобретение позвол ет улучшить прочностные свойства вулканиза- тов, содержащих регенерат, за счет того, что композици  содержит в качестве активатора регенерации (АР) смесь меркаптобензтиазола, уротропина и стеарата железа в мол рном соотношении 1:(0,2-1,0):(0,0017-0,017) и дополнительно протонодонорное соединение - гликоль (Г). Композици  по изобретению содержит следующие компоненты, мае.ч.: отходы вулканизованной резины 100; АР 2,5-10,0; Г 0,5-2,0. 1 табл.The invention relates to rubber waste generated in the manufacture of rubber products, rubber shoes, as well as in the processing of used tires and dougi rubber products that have become obsolete, in particular the composition for obtaining regenerate. The invention allows to improve the strength properties of vulcanizates containing regenerate, due to the fact that the composition contains as a regeneration activator (AP) a mixture of mercaptobenzthiazole, urotropin and iron stearate in a molar ratio of 1: (0.2-1.0): (0.0017-0.017) and additionally the proton-donating compound - glycol (H). The composition according to the invention contains the following components, wt.: Vulcanized rubber waste 100; AP 2.5-10.0; G 0,5-2,0. 1 tab.

Изобретение относитс  к регенерации отходов резины, образующихс  в производстве резино-технических изделий, резиновой обуви, а также при переработке изношенных шин и других резиновых изделий, вышедших из употреблени , в частности к композиции дл  получени  регенерата.The invention relates to the regeneration of rubber wastes generated in the manufacture of rubber products, rubber shoes, as well as in the processing of used tires and other rubber products that have become obsolete, in particular, to a composition for producing regenerate.
