Abstract
The invention relates to the silicate enameling technology and may be utilized for obtaining one-course coatings on steel pieces of the household and trade articles, for example, of washing machines, gas stoves, microwave ovens, refrigerators and others.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the enameled slip for one-course coating contains a mixture of two frits I and II, clay, ground sand, chromatomagnesite powder, borax, sodium nitrite and water, the frit I having the composition, mass. %: SiO2 34…38, B2O3 20…24, Na2O 18…22, K2O 3...5, Li2O 0,1…2, ZrO2 3…5, NiO 2…3,5, Fe2O3 5…7, MnO2 1…3,5 and the frit II: SiO2 32…35, B2O3 21…23, Al2O3 2,5…3,5, TiO2 16…18, Na2O 13,5…15,5, K2O 1,5…2,5, P2O5 2…4, MgO 0,6…1,5, Li2O 0,5...1,50, Co2O3 0,02…0,08, F 3…5. Supplementary, the slip contains basalt in the amount of 5,0…70% of the frit I mass, at least one 3-d transition metal oxide and eventually one or some fluorides of the alkali or alkali-earth metals. The additional oxide and fluoride ingredients are contained in a total amount of 0,3…0,4 mass parts, the other above-mentioned components are contained in the following ratio, mass parts:frit mixture\tab100clay\tab4,5…6ground sand\tab1,5…18chromatomagnesite powder\tab1…1,5borax\tab0,1…0,2sodium nitrite\tab0,05…0,15water\tab35…40,the frit I ratio to frit II being able to vary in the interval of 9/1…3/2.As a result can be obtained one-course coatings of a brown-beige hue of a good quality at a more reduced flow rate of the material.The result of the invention consists in the extension of the raw material base and color range of the coating as well as in the simplification of the enameling process.
