Abstract
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to a process and device for mixing bulk materials, and can be used for preparing building mixes.The process, according to the invention, consists in preparing the materials for mixing, combining them together in a single cylindrical container, mixing through rotation to create an electromagnetic field, while carrying out rotation around an axis of rotation of the cylindrical container at an angle with the earth magnetic field line, in the material mixing zone, and the value of this angle is constantly changed in the process of mixing.The device, according to the invention, comprises a cylindrical capacity (1), on the side face of which is made a group of holes, closed with covers (2), fixed in the first gear (5), as well as in the first (3) and second (4) radial bearings, installed respectively on supports (7), (8), which are placed on a movable platform (10), placed on a rotating shaft (12). The first gear (5) is connected via the second gear (6) to the first electric motor (9), also placed on the movable platform (10), placed through a thrust bearing (13) on a fixed platform (11), on which is installed the second electric motor (14) connected by means of the third gear (15) to the fourth gear (16), placed under the movable platform (10).
